Reports to: Senior Vice President of Client Success

About Us: At Shufti Pro, our mission is to ensure the satisfaction and success of our valued customers. We provide unparalleled support and assistance throughout every stage of the customer journey. Our Client Success team plays a crucial role in achieving this mission by facilitating seamless onboarding, proactively engaging with clients, and addressing concerns promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Smooth Onboarding: Assist in transitioning new customers from the signed phase to a live and in-production state, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

2. Proactive Engagement: Proactively engage with our top 100 clients to identify pain points and desired outcomes. Collaborate closely with business and product teams to deliver solutions that surpass competitors in terms of return on investment.

3. Client Outreach: Reach out to nonperforming and underperforming clients to transform their experience and success. Provide support tailored to their needs, mirroring the assistance provided to our largest clients.

4. Preferred Languages: English + Spanish (for Singapore, English + Chinese preferred)

5. Support and Resolution: Address concerns and challenges shared by the sales team or clients promptly and effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.

6. Introduction and Support: Introduce the Client Success Team to all newly onboarded customers. Provide ongoing support to address any issues swiftly and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

7. Smooth Onboarding: Transition new customers from the signed phase to a live and in-production state, ensuring a seamless transition to Shufti Pro’s services.

8. Proactive Engagement: Engage with our top 100 clients to identify pain points and desired outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that exceed client expectations and provide a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Previous experience in client success, account management, or customer service roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
