Lance is an enterprise software product and marketing leader. He has a combined business and technical background that includes more than 20 years of marketing experience spanning the technology, health care and security industries.
Prior to joining Shufti as CMO, he was leading the authentication product business at TransUnion. He has held several marketing leadership roles including Chief Marketing Officer at TRUSITID, vice president of marketing at health insurance e-commerce technology companies GetInsured and Array Health. Previously, Lance led product marketing at EDI software leader Edifecs.
Sarah Bridget Dees

Sarah is an entrepreneurial international finance leader with technical expertise in structured products. She has over 20 years experience in the financial sector, and has gained experience in Executive leadership positions.
Sara is currently the CEO of a FinTech scale-up 'EU PAY'. Prior to this role she has worked in FTSE100 financial corporate institutions, including Barclays Bank and Goldman Sachs in which she developed strong relationships across asset management, banking, insurance and pension funds. Her previous experience has equipped her with diverse Non- Executive Director offerings.
