Troubleshooting (Status Codes)

Shufti has defined HTTP error codes that are returned in response to each API request. The
nature of these responses depends on the request sent via API. The parameters used in the request,
the authentication header, request type, number of requests, external and internal server state are all those factors upon which the HTTP response depends.

• 200 Status Code (Success)
• 300 Status Code (Redirection)
• 400 Status Code (Client Error)
• 500 Status Code (Shufti Error)
